AROMATHERAPY
During an AROMATHERAPY session, the essential oils used are absorbed through the skin or inhaled during the massage treatment. The oils can offer a variety healing properties, these include relieving tension, mitigating stress and anxiety and improved sleep. Each of the oils offers beneficial qualities, we blend the essential oils with a carrier oil, often sweet almond* (we are aware of nut allergies and this may not always be suitable.) Similar oils are used in Swedish massage.
